ARVEN does not collect, sell, or profile personal information for advertising or behavioral tracking. Personal information is limited to what you provide directly, your name, email, and the content of situations you submit for forecasting.

Separately, ARVEN maintains a sealed forecast record for audit and verification. Each entry contains the question as asked, the timestamp, the internal state of the forecast at the moment it was sealed, and the outcome once it resolves. These entries exist solely to verify and audit forecast accuracy over time. Any change to a sealed entry is detectable.
