What happens if the AI in ARVEN is removed?
90% of the system runs without the AI and works as stated. Pull the model out of a typical GPT wrapper and nothing is left. Pull it out of ARVEN and you lose a convenience, plain English intake. Enter the readings by hand and watch the same numbers come out.

What happens if the AI model ARVEN is using is not available anymore?
Interchangeable AI models. ARVEN is designed so that you can swap out the model with another one using your own API key. We use the exact math for predictions to regulate version control, parameters, and output. Swap our AI vendor tomorrow and every forecast stays identical. A wrapper inherits its model's opinions. ARVEN has none to inherit, it designs them.
What if the AI lies, hallucinates, or deviates?
We do not trust the AI. Structurally. Permanently. ARVEN assumes deviation before it happens, because no model can be trusted, ours included. The AI never answers your question; it fills out a fixed form of variable readings, each one tied to a stated fact from your data. Every reading is graded before it counts, grounded or guessed. A hallucination is a reading with no fact behind it. It gets caught at the checkpoint and stripped of its influence. Guessed readings cannot move the forecast, they widen the uncertainty band instead. And if too much of the form fails the audit, ARVEN refuses to forecast at all. So when the AI lies, one of three things happens: the lie is caught, the lie is priced as uncertainty, or the forecast is refused. What never happens is the wrapper outcome reaching you dressed as an answer. Only readings that survive the audit ever touch the math. And math cannot hallucinate. It is arithmetic.
